Students and Parents….Welcome to FIRST Grade!
This is my 1st year here at Morristown Elementary, but I have many years teaching experience in Maricopa County.
I have a bachelors degree in Computer Science and a masters degree in Elementary Education.
In my spare time my family and I love traveling. My husband and I have three sons of which the two oldest now have residences and families of their own. Our youngest will be a Senior in High School this year. But our nest will be far from empty…for we also have two dogs (five and six years old) who own us, rather than the other way around!
I have had the pleasure to have served ten years as a Kindergarten teacher, six years as a second grade teacher, and two years as a first grade teacher. I like to foster a positive learning environment to help students both grow academically and socially. I hope to also work in partnership with my students' parents. Striving mutually together as a team, we will have a fun to learn year!
